Fulfillment Policy
1. Refund Policy
• AEP: Under the Amway Enhanced Promise no IBO under their first Contract year with Amway shall pay for any BSM or Event ticket. As such First Contract year IBO’s may attend EVI events free of charge so long as they can show proof of first contract year.
• Other Purchasers: An IBO end-user of BSM may return BSM purchased, together with proof of purchase, within 180 days following purchase, for a refund on commercially reasonable terms.
• Event Tickets: IBOs selling tickets to seminars, events, and business meetings are required to buy back tickets for a period of 30 days after the event, provided the purchaser personally attended the event. Refunds are for the cost of event admission only, excluding travel, meals, or hotel costs.
2. Delivery Policy
• Instant Digital Delivery: All tickets purchased on our website are delivered instantly via email and as a QR code on the purchase confirmation page.
• Email Confirmation: Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email containing their ticket(s) and additional event details within a few minutes.
• QR Code Access: The QR code provided can be scanned at the event venue for entry.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Event Tickets: Tickets can be cancelled and refunded under the following conditions:
• Within 30 Days Post-Event: If a purchaser is dissatisfied and personally attended the event, they can request a refund for the ticket cost within 30 days after the event. Refunds are exclusive of any additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
• Prior to Event: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
• After Event Start: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the event has started.
